ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least 35 incidents Thursday into the early hours of Friday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Entering autos on the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue, the 800 block of Byron Road and two incidents on the 700 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Burglary on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;

— Child molestation on (redacted address) Mission Court;

— Theft by deception on the 2700 block of North Doublegate Drive;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 800 block of Pine Avenue;

— Aggravated assaults on the 1300 block of South McKinley Street and the 2200 block of Gillionville Road;

— Domestic disturbances (unfounded) on the 200 block of Cordele Road, the 2500 block of Gillionville Road, the 500 block of Jeffries Avenue and the 900 block of West Society Avenue;

— Assault (family violence) on the 700 block of Johnny W. Williams Road;

— Simple battery (domestic violence) on the 100 block of Almond Street and the 1100 block of Gillionville Road.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 18 calls Thursday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Domestic violence (unfounded) on the 2800 block of Barnaby Drive;

— Burglary on the 1400 block of Williamsburg Road;

— Animal investigation on the 1900 block of Hancock Road;

— Domestic violence (verbal) on the 5900 block of Woodcliff Street;

— Traffic crash on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard.

ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 17 calls Thursday, including four activated alarms, two overheated motors, an unauthorized burn, fluid on road, a false alarm, a grass fire, unattended cooking, power lines down, structure fire as part of training exercise, a vehicle fire, activated sprinkler, a barrel fire and a trash fire.
