ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least 44 incidents Friday into the early hours of Saturday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Theft by taking a 32-inch, flat-screen television on the 1300 block of Mulberry Avenue;

–Prowling on the 600 block of Parkwood Avenue;

— Fraud, money missing from bank account on the 2500 block of East Doublegate Drive;

— Theft by taking a laptop computer from a store by an employee on the 1200 block of North Westover Boulevard;

— Motor vehicle theft of a 1994 burgundy Ford Explorer on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe;

— Theft by taking a dog on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Motor vehicle theft thwarted when police arrived and suspects fled on the 300 block East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Fraud using a financial transaction card on the 2100 block of Rosebrier Avenue;

— Possession of cocaine on the 1500 block of Park Court;

— Motor vehicle theft, vehicle recovered on the 1200 block of Teche Avenue;

— Aggravated assault, a house reported shot at on the 900 block of West First Avenue;

— Aggravated assault, shots heard ion the 800 block of West Highland Avenue;

— Burglary on the 1400 block of Whispering Pine Road, the 2500 block of Beachview Drive, the 800 block of west West First Street, the 2500 block of Brierwood Drive and the 500 block of 500 Johnson Road.

— Domestic (unfounded) on the 900 block of Fifth Avenue and the 2500 block of Brierwood Drive.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least eight calls, according to available police reports.

Police responded to incidents including:

— Domestic violence (verbal) on the 3600 block of Plumcrest Avenue;

— Missing juvenile, a 15-year-old boy, on the 900 block of Westview Drive.
