“Just take a look from any window on the south side of the Hilton Garden Inn at the Civic Center across busy Oglethorpe Boulevard and view the Albany skyline from the ramp on the northwest side of the Civic Center. Impressive, big city stuff. Out-of-town ‘experts’” advising razing the Civic Center don’t really have a feeling for this community that wants to progress, not regress.”
