“After 20 years of planning, several downtown managers and millions of dollars later, we learn from Ms. Cannon that Albany officials are ready to tackle downtown. We have heard these stories. Hope we won’t have to wait another 20 years to get the job done so we can move on to improving the rest of Albany.”
