The Georgia Artists’ Guild launches show

ALBANY — Southwest Georgians looking for a little visual stimulation can head to the Albany Museum of Art, as the Georgia Artists’ Guild of Albany presents its 16th annual member show.
The event kicks of Thursday with an opening reception 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. at the museum.
The yearly show will run through Jan. 3. Admission is free.
This year’s exhibit will feature a variety of works by Southwest Georgia artists, including photography and paint in several media.
