ALBANY — The city of Albany’s Recreation and Parks Department is hosting an egg hunt that is not for kids 10 and under. In fact, if you want to attend this event, you must be at least 50.

Recs and Park’s Senior Citizen Egg Hunt Brunch Extravaganza is planned for March 28 at the Club at Thornton, 210 Thornton Drive.

The extravaganza, which lasts from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., will include, in addition to lots of good food, prize giveaways and presentations by Mary Petty and Carolyn Mathis, the director and deputy director, respectively, of Administrative Services with the Albany Utilities Authority.
