ALBANY — The Phoebe Foundation is gearing up for the 37th annual Jingle Bell Jog on Dec. 5, and officials are looking for a few good men — women, and children! — to serve as run volunteers.

This event supports the Children’s Miracle Network at Phoebe and is one of southwest Georgia’s favorite holiday traditions. For those who’ve helped out before or first-timers, run officials promise it’ll be a fun and meaningful way to kick off the season.

Regular Phoebe volunteers are expected to be a part of the fun event,  and those who know students who need service hours, church or civic groups, or friends and family who’d enjoy volunteering are encouraged to share this opportunity with them. All are welcome!

Volunteers will earn extra service hours, help cheer on runners and guide participants, and meet great people and get caught up in the holiday spirit.
