Westover Literary Team wins Class AAA state championship

In winning the State AAA Literary Title, the following Westover Team members placed individually:

3rd place, Boys Solo — Alex Donnan;

State Runner-up, Boys Dramatic Interpretation — William (DJ) Childs;

State Runner-up, Girls Extemporaneous Speaking — Meera Kuntawala;

State Champion, Boys Essay — Max Moye, who received a perfect score from the judges.

State Qualifiers were:

Boys Dramatic Interpretation — William Childs;

Girls Dramatic Interpretation — Katie Donnan;

Trio — Chelsea Basley, Marlene Gordon and Shemia Patterson;

Girls Extemporaneous Speaking — Meera Kuntawala;

Quartet — Alex Donnan, Chris Massey, Austin Moody and Dustin Tilley;

Boys Solo — Alex Donnan;

Boys Essay — Max Moye.
