Bright Side — Aug. 21, 2016

We do have good and non-racist people in Albany. I was at the checkout at Save-a-Lot at 12:15 Tuesday. When I asked the cashier how much I owe for my pork chops and celery, she said, “Nothing.” I asked how, and she said the lady ahead of me paid for them. The lady ahead of me’s skin was not the same color as mine. I wish I could thank her.
