Bright Side for Nov. 2, 2016

As in years past, I would like to thank the people living on Pendleton for providing such a great place for parents to bring their children for Halloween. The majority of homeowners sit on their porches and welcome the kids with open arms. We enjoy and appreciate what many churches are doing with their Trunk or Treat events, but Pendleton provides what we as parents were able to experience in a much safer time.
