EDWARD SCHWEIKERT: Place the blame for opiods where it belongs
LETTER TO EDITOR: Involved parties concerned about loss of profits
By Edward Schweikert
So, the DOJ is investigating the pharmaceutical companies producing opioid drugs. I do not believe one word. Those companies and their lobbyists, corporate lawyers, corporate accountants and politicians are seeking a clean bill of health. The guilty parties are doctors, drug stores, and the deceased and their families. They are afraid of the consequences if found guilty and the loss of profits: (1) people not buying their drugs and using alternative sources or (2) moral stock purchasers will stop buying their stocks or sell the ones they own.
People should study a BBC program called “Yes, Minister.” It sounds like American politics (deep state).
