Coroner endorsed in his bid for re-election May 24

We would openly like to declare our support of Michael Fowler Sr. for the office of Dougherty County Coroner. Michael has served this community and this nation in many facets. He has raised the standards, accountability, and professionalism of this office to levels never before seen. He also has established and re-established relationships with funeral homes in this community, including ours. Our relationship with the Coroner’s Office is positive, and he is the only candidate that is truly qualified to hold this position.
Michael Fowler is dependable, hard-working, trustworthy, honest, and dedicated in investing the time and energy required for this office. Moreover, Michael Fowler is committed to ensuring that funeral service professionals maintain certifications, licenses, and are aware of best practices by offering annual trainings, which he is certified to provide as an OSHA trainer. Michael keeps open and positive communication between the Coroner’s Office and funeral homes, which was previously not always done by his predecessors prior to him being elected in office. Michael is an asset to this community, and we want to be clear that we offer full endorsement and support of Michael Fowler, Sr. for Dougherty County Coroner.
We do not want it to be unclear where we stand in this race. The relationship with the Coroner’s Office and our funeral homes has been progressive, and we do not want to regress. Therefore, we are gladly rendering this endorsement, and we are confident that Michael is the only qualified and deserving candidate for the office of Dougherty County Coroner.
