Albany Panthers to play on Phoebe Field

This morning, the Albany Panthers and Phoebe Health System reached an agreement giving the healthcare company naming rights to the Civic Center field for Panther home games. The field will be called Phoebe Field.

Here is the news release:

The 2011 Champion Albany Panthers and Phoebe Putney Health System announced today a partnership for the naming rights to the team’s home field. The agreement, announced this morning from the Panthers headquarters, provides that the field will be called Phoebe Field at the Albany/ James H. Gray Civic Center beginning in the Spring of 2012.
