The 2017 Georgia Sparks will host a parent/player meeting on Sunday, Feb. 5 at Monitor Gym at 502 South Monitor Drive in Fitzgerald at 4 p.m. The meeting will discuss the 16th season of Georgia Sparks Basketball which starts in March.
The meeting is open to all parents and players from 7th-10th grade who may be interested in being part of our program.
This year, the Sparks will travel and play in seven college exposure tournaments in Atlanta, Kentucky, North Carolina and Augusta as well as tournaments in Florida, Fitzgerald and Columbus.
This year promises to be a great season as we have all of our returning players from last year and several new young players to train.
We will start training Feb. 7 for our younger, middle school girls and continue with our high school girls once their season is complete.
