Kansas finishes No. 1 in final USA Today poll

Kansas closed the 2019-20 season as the No. 1 men’s basketball team in the nation, according to voters in the USA Today coaches poll, released Monday.
The Associated Press is scheduled to release its rankings on Wednesday.
In the USA Today rankings, Kansas received 29 or 32 first-place votes. No. 2 Gonzaga received the other three.
Dayton, Baylor and Florida State completed the top five.
At No. 6, San Diego State led the bottom half of the top 10, followed by Kentucky, Duke, Creighton and Villanova. The Bluejays and Wildcats, Big East rivals, were tied for the ninth spot.
