Lee County JV stops Peach County, 42-28

Lee County running back Canton Williams (31) heads toward the end zone for a touchdown then ran in the two-point conversion to give the Trojans a 14-7 lead in the first quarter of Thursday’s game at Lee County High School. The Trojans got on the board first with a 53-yard touchdown pass play from quarterback Josh CAbitit to Jaden Upshaw. Upshaw battled two defenders for the ball, pulled down the reception and then out ran defenders to the end zone. The Trojans built a 35-7 lead before Peach County was able to score well after the game was decided. Photos from the game are on albanyherald.com.
