Lee County wins region championship over Veterans

LEESBURG — The Lee County Trojans (24-3) beat Veterans 67-58 Friday night at Lee County High School to claim the Region 1 6-A Championship. In a very balanced scoring attack Harrison Skinner led the team with 12 points, DJ Taylor scored 11, while Braylon Chaney and Mark Saadeh each scored nine.
