LPGA star Michelle Wie engaged to NBA legend’s son

Just two months after revealing her relationship, Michelle Wie is engaged.
Wie, 29, shared the news that she had accepted the proposal of Jonnie West, 30, in an Instagram post.
“My person for life!!!!!!!!!” read the caption, with the photo showing a kneeling West.
West is the son of NBA legend Jerry West and currently works as director of basketball operations for the Golden State Warriors. Wie graduated from nearby Stanford in 2012.
Wie is working her way back to the LPGA Tour, rehabbing from hand surgery she had in October. She returned from the HSBC World Championship last month, but was forced to withdraw during her opening round.
Wie, who turned pro at 15, is a five-time winner on the LPGA Tour, including the 2014 U.S. Women’s Open.
