Caroline Newton pitches a four-inning perfect game in a Worth County victory

Caroline Newton struck out 10 in a four-inning perfect game Tuesday as Worth County’s softball team beat Monroe 10-0.
Newton threw 47 pitches, 35 for strikes, in the win.
Brinsley Graddy and Kailey Parr each had three hits for Worth County, while six players each had two RBI.
Worth County (8-0) hosts Cook at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
