Noteworthy: Moore’s sports career has been eventful since he graduated from Brookwood in 2011. After playing minor league baseball in the Boston Red Sox organization, he restarted his football career as a long snapper at Georgia. He earned the Bulldogs’ starting job and earned an invitation the Senior Bowl, which led to a rookie free agent contract with the New Orleans Saints in 2019. After he didn’t make the Saints roster, he played in the XFL for the Tampa Bay Vipers before the COVID-19 pandemic ended the league’s season. Baltimore signed Moore as a free agent, despite having veteran Morgan Cox at long snapper, and thought enough of his talents to keep him on the practice squad this year.
