Westover to introduce football coach
Westover will formally introduce new football head coach Olten Downs at 6 p.m. on Tuesday in the school auditorium.
The meet-and-greet session is open to Westover players, parents, alumni and supporters.
Downs, who led Creekside to a state title before entering the college ranks as an assistant at Georgia, was Georgia Southern’s safeties coach last season. He replaces Octavia Jones, who is staying at Westover as an administrator.
