Terrell Academy’s Jay Murdock signs with Mississippi State

Terrell Academy senior Jay Murdock signed this week with the Mississippi State baseball program.
Murdock was the Region 3-AA Player of the Year last season as a junior, in addition to being an all-region and all-state selection. He has helped the Eagles to five region titles in five seasons, highlighted by a state runner-up finish in 2019.
