The top five high school basketball games this week in the Albany area are:
Tuesday: Feb. 6- Carver at Monroe, both girls and boys – tip-off 6 p.m. in Albany;
Girls: No. 9-ranked Monroe hosts No. 4-ranked Carver
Boys: No. 3-ranked Monroe hosts No. 10-ranked Carver
Tuesday, Feb. 6 – Veterans (14-8) at Lee County (20-3) in Leesburg;
Tuesday, Feb. 6 – Thomasville at No. 9-ranked Dougherty (16-7) in Albany;
Friday, Feb, 9 – Sumter County (6-18( at Worth County (13-7) in Sylvester;
Friday, Feb. 9 – Shaw (12-10) at Westover (12-9) in Albany.
