CAMILLA — The Westwood Wildcats hope a victory is exactly what they need.

After losing three straight, the Wildcats dropped Trinity Christian-Sharpsburg 34-14 on Friday night at midpoint of the Georgia Independent Schools Association’s regular season.

Tyler Harris led Westwood with 184 rushing yards and two touchdowns, while Jacob Singleton hauled in two touchdown catches.

The Wildcats also received a touchdown from Ford Godwin.

“It’s just the medicine we need,” Westwood coach Ross Worsham said. “I could sense some urgency among the guys. We felt like we needed this one and we hope it gives us some momentum.”

Westwood (2-3) will play host to Brookwood next Friday.
