With Matt Bosher ailing, Falcons sign punter Matt Wile to active roster

The Falcons have signed punter Matt Wile to the active roster and waived offensive lineman John Wetzel.
Wile was signed to the Falcons practice squad last week after an injury to punter Matt Bosher. Wile has played for six teams after his time with the University of Michigan during college. Wile averages 45.3 yards per punt for his career, with a 42.2 net average. In 20 career games, he’s also placed 29 punts inside the 20-yard line.
