LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Chad Warbington is a man of utmost integrity

Until this year, I have never publicly endorsed a candidate since I was elected to the Albany City Commission in 2001. However, I think these local elections are so important that I decided to break with that tradition.
I wholeheartedly believe Chad Warbington is the best candidate to serve the citizens of Ward 4. Contrary to what Roger Marietta has been quoted as saying about him in The Albany Herald, I know Chad Warbington to be a man of utmost integrity. Although I can respect that there will always be differences of opinions on issues, the citizens of Ward 4 should not support a candidate who is resigned to unfounded character attacks.
Chad Warbington possesses the honesty, reason, and intelligence that the citizens of Ward 4 want in their city commissioner.
Please elect Chad Warbington your Ward 4 City Commissioner on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
