“Although this native octogenarian Albanian is several generations removed from Evan Barber, Justin Andrews and Joel Holmes, I cannot state how excited I am over their plans for the revitalization of the Albany Civic Center and, hopefully, a nearby sports complex anchored by the Civic Center. With creative and positive thinking the possibilities are limitless.”
