ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 24 incidents on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Family violence (unfounded) on the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and on the 200 block of Cone Street;
— Theft by taking on the 600 block of Albert Court and on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1900 block of Fulton Avenue and on the 2000 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Simple battery (family violence) on the 1500 block of Webb Street and on the 1500 block of Whiting Drive;
— Public indecency (saggy pants) on the 2000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Unruly child on the 800 block of Dorsett Avenue;
— Shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 1200 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 700 block of Willard Avenue;
— Robbery by intimidation on the 700 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Simple battery on the 500 block of Cotton Avenue;
— Loitering on the 400 block of Pine Avenue;
— Interference with a city officer on the 600 block of West Gordon Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 19 incidents on Thursday and into Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Assistance to a motorist on the 800 block of Liberty Expressway;
— Criminal trespass on the 2800 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Entering auto on the 1500 block of Grand Cypress Lane;
— Theft by taking on the 600 block of Holly Drive;
— 911 hang-up on the 1700 block of Oak Haven Drive;
— Family violence on the 4800 block of Pinto Drive and on the 3300 block of Twin Flower Road;
— Hit and run on the 2300 block of Sanborn Avenue;
— Tree down on the 5900 block of Old Dawson Road;
— Auto accident on the 4000 block of Moultrie Road and on the 3000 block of Gillionville Road;
— Juvenile problem on the 800 block of Morgan Court;
— Contact person on the 2300 block of Liberty Expressway.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Thursday and into Friday, available reports show. The incidents included a small tree fire, a building fire, shorted electrical equipment, a vehicle accident, a utility fire and EMS assistance.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 48 calls on Thursday. There were 37 medical calls, seven trauma calls and four other calls.
The medical calls included four respiratory issues, three chest pains, three miscellaneous pains, three mental health issues, two diabetic issues, one altered mental status, one stroke, one seizure and 19 various medical calls. The trauma calls included four auto accident victims and three assaults.
The other calls included three medical alerts and one assistance call for the Albany Fire Department.
