Kelsey Grammer is asking $9.75 million for this three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath apartment in Manhattan. 

With nearly 100-feet of Hudson River frontage to the west and the New York City skyline to the east, these views are not too shabby. 

The more than 3,000 square foot home features a gas-burning fireplace, 11-foot ceilings, wet bar, dining and living room.

The ‘Frasier’ star bought the Chelsea apartment for $6.4 million and his publicist told the Wall Street Journal he and his family “have outgrown it.”
