Albany-based commercial Real Estate Agent Mary Carter, who has successfully closed a number of commercial properties in Albany and Southwest Georgia, has joined local agency Needmore Properties, transferring her license from the Atlanta-based Kingston Commercial Real Estate company. A 30-year veteran agent, Carter specializes in commercial and shopping center sales, leasing, and is tenant and landlord rep for Southwest Georgia, Atlanta, Macon, Warner Robins, Columbus, LaGrange and Cordele areas.
