ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 26 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Discharging firearms on the 700 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Theft by taking on the 400 block of Dorsett Avenue, the 1700 block of North Cleveland Street, the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard and the 1000 block of South Davis Street;

— Entering auto on the 500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Robbery by force on the 1300 block of Radium Springs Road;

— Robbery by snatching on the 1200 block of East Residence Avenue;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1400 block of Avalon Avenue and the 1100 block of Wingate Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 700 block of North Jackson Street, the 1700 block of Samford Drive, the 2600 block of Cody court and the 200 block of Cordele Road;

— Child molestation on the 1200 block of Colquitt Avenue;

— Criminal damage to property on the 400 block of South McKinley Street;

— Burglary on the 1300 block of Montego Court and the 1400 block of Sixth Avenue;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2700 block of Dawson Road, the 200 block of Cordele Road and the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 700 block of West Whitney Avenue and the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard;

— Injured person on the 2300 block of Gail Avenue;

— Aggravated assault on the 1100 block of Van Deman Street and the 1800 block of Gadsden Drive.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 12 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Theft by taking on the 2000 block of South County Line Road;

— Fraud on the 1000 block of Westview Drive;

— Suspicious auto on the 2600 block of Crofton Drive and the 2900 block of Nelms Road;

— Animal at large on the 100 block of Ashwood Street and the 3000 block of Dove Avenue;

— Suspicious person on the 3400 block of Hedgeapple Drive;

— Auto accident on the 1900 block of Oakhaven Drive;

— Inhumane treatment of animal on the 1400 block of South Mock Road;

— Traffic lights out at the intersection of Branch Road and Sylvester Highway;

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Grass fire on the 1300 block of North Monroe Street and the 400 block of Fifth Avenue;

— Power line down on the 700 block of North Jefferson Street;

— Auto accident at the intersection of Lippitt Drive and South Slappey Boulevard;

— Authorized controlled burning on the 400 block of Nona Drive;

— Building fire on the 1300 block of Lee Street;

— Outside rubbish fire on the 1300 block 11th Avenue;

— Water or steam leak on the 600 block of West Society Avenue;

— Arcing electrical on the 700 block of Mobile Avenue.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 50 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included six chest pain calls, 10 respiratory issue calls, 11 general sickness calls, two faint calls, two choking calls, two stroke calls, one diabetic issue call, two labor issue calls and three abdominal pain calls. Trauma calls included one auto accident, two falls, two lacerations, one assault, one gunshot wound and one other trauma. Other types of calls included one medical transport call.
