Deerfield Windsor School Lower Campus, 1733 Beattie Road

Score: 96, Grade: A

Violation: Observed no written procedure for educating employees on how to respond to vomit/fecal incidents onto surfaces in the facility. Gave the PIC another copy of the vomit/fecal incident clean up form. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Hilton Garden Inn Albany/Food Service, 101 S. Front St.

Score: 82, Grade: B

Violations: Observed PIC not on the premises of the food service establishment at all times. PIC arrived during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed the PIC had no employee health policy to follow to ensure that if a food employee exhibit symptoms and when to report symptoms. PIC was given a copy of the employee health policy. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed no vomiting/clean up procedure available for the restaurant. PIC was given a copy of the procedure. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed Honey Dew Melons, Cantaloupe and 2% milk being held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC discarded the food items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed serving utensils not stored in a protected location for TCS foods. Utensils were removed from the area to be cleaned. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Remarks: Discussed having someone in charge available at all times.
