Fish Fillet, 1700 E. Oglethorpe Blvd.
Score: 91 Grade: A
Violations: Observed no certified food safety manager for the restaurant. PIC will provide documentation to Environmental Health office. Repeat violation. Observed the exterior of the fryers needed to be cleaned. Discussed frequency of cleaning with the PIC. New violation. Observed the Dumpster area needs to be cleaned. PIC will clean the area. Repeat violation.
Outback Steakhouse, 823 N. Westover Blvd.
Score: 91 Grade: A
Violations: Observed the hand sink located on the far side of the kitchen inaccessible due to items stored in the sink. Corrected on-site, new violation. Correct by 10/10/2017. Observed food located in food prep areas not properly covered when not in use. Discussed with PIC. Corrected with lids placed to provide proper covering. Corrected on-site, new violation. Correct by 10/10/2017. Observed utensils directly stacked while wet so that air drying was not encouraged. Discussed proper stacking methods with PIC. PIC to have utensils stacked to encourage proper air drying. New violation. Correct by 10/10/2017.

Score: 89 Grade: B
Violations: Observed hamburgers, chicken, deli meat, and potato salad being held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC discarded the food items. Repeat violation.

Violations: Observed several pans of pasta salad cooling in walk-in refrigerator that were tightly covered and stacked on top of each other. Manager corrected violation by spreading the pans out and uncovering them to allow for proper cooling to take place. Corrected on-site, new violation.
Subway, Wal- Mart, 2825 Ledo Road
Score: 91 Grade: A
Violations: Observed meatballs held at 120 degrees F in steam well. Employee corrected violation by discarding meatballs. Corrected on-site, new violation.
