Albany police make fourth arrest in March 6 fatal shooting

ALBANY – A woman identified as a person of interest in a March 6 murder case has been charged with misdemeanor obstruction for withholding information in connection with a March 6 slaying in the 1000 block of Radium Springs Road..

Tytianna Isaac was initially charged with murder, party to a crime, but after police conducted interviews in the case, that charge was reduced to a misdemeanor count, the Albany Police Department reported.

Police earlier made three arrests in the fatal shooting of Markel Harper. Harper and Jaboris Terrell Cato reportedly were in a car when the occupants of another car opened fire, striking both victims.

James Lamar Gaines, 30, and 16-year-old Janarrian Oliver were charged with murder, tampering with evidence and conspiracy. Sir Rober Moss Jr. was charged with tampering with evidence and obstruction.

More arrests are expected, police said.
