Dougherty football scrimmage is Thursday afternoon in Albany

ALBANY – The Dougherty Trojan football team will complete spring practice Thursday afternoon with a Maroon vs. White scrimmage at Dougherty High School, according to coach Uyl Joyner. The Trojans had been scheduled to travel to Upson-Lee for the scrimmage but the plan was changed because Upson-Lee’s stadium is not ready for game time. Thursday at Dougherty the offense will go against the offense in a scrimmage format to complete the spring drill. Joyner said it would begin around 5:15.
