ALBANY — More than 70 Dougherty County School System bus drivers gathered Thursday morning to learn CPR. Phoebe Network of Trust school nurses have a history partnering with DCSS to help ensure students are safe and healthy. In continuing that initiative, Network of Trust organized the recent training, giving the opportunity for nearly 150 bus drivers to attend one of the sessions. During the training, the drivers learned how to administer CPR, use an automated external defibrillator, how to utilize an EpiPen and how to recognize and care for asthma emergencies.
