WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Rep. Austin Scott, R-Ga., co-hosted a recent celebration for the U.S. Air Force Reserve’s 75th birthday with Reps. Sanford Bishop, D-Ga., and Ted Lieu, D-Calif.

“I am honored to represent the community of Warner Robins, where the Air Force Reserve Command headquarters is located locally at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia,” Scott said. “On behalf of the House Armed Services Committee and the people of Georgia’s Eighth Congressional District, I thank the Citizen Airmen of the Air Force Reserve and wish the Air Force Reserve a very happy 75th birthday.”

The Air Force Reserve celebrated its 75th birthday on April 14.

Chief of the Air Force Reserve Lt. Gen. John Healy and Senior Airman Shamadre Chambliss were also in attendance.
