CABRAL-ISAAC, Makayla Isabella Regan, daughter, was born April 25 to Nefertiti Cabral-Isaac of Cuthbert.

CARTER, Dylan Jamal, son, was born April 29 to Melody Robinson and Andrico Carter Sr. of Albany.
