PERSONAL HEALTH

Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop: 1:30 p.m.-4 p.m. every Tuesday through May 22, SOWEGA Council on Aging, 311 Pine Ave. Participants will learn how to self-manage their chronic conditions, as well as help other manage theirs. No cost to participate. Call (229) 432-1131.

SEWING

The classes are being held at the Sew-thern Belles Sewing Studio, 2516-D Dawson Road, in Largo Plaza, across from Northwest Public Library. Pick up additional information at the studio Monday-Saturday or contact Carolyn Levy, 869-6775, [email protected].

Adult Sewing Classes are 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. All levels, including beginners. Machines are provided. Participants work at their own pace and chooses their projects. Adults can begin any week. Instructor: Carolyn Levy. Classes are $12.50 per hour.

MUSIC
