Deadline at hand for ‘Burg Bash vendor applications

LEESBURG — Officials planning the second ‘Burg Bash here will accept vendor applications through Friday, they announced in a news release.

The city of Leesburg, in partnership with the Lee County Chamber of Commerce, is hosting the second ‘Burg Bash, a festival for all ages, on Oct. 14. The event will be held from 2-10 p.m. and is free to the public. Kids activities, food vendors, arts and crafts, a BBQ and Pizza cook-off competition, musical guests, fireworks and more are planned.

The Bash will be held at 288 Smithville Road North in Leesburg, adjacent to Twin Oaks Elementary School.
