THOMASVILLE — Following a monthlong focus on season ticket renewals, Thomasville Entertainment Foundation is kicking off season ticket sales to new subscribers for the 2024-25 Concert Series, with a wide range of programming for its 87th performance season.

Opening the season Sept. 24 will be an evening of Broadway with two-time Tony Award-winning leading man Brian Stokes Mitchell, followed by the acclaimed international piano trio, Trio Con Brio Copenhagen, on Oct. 15.

Dec. 17 brings the beloved Vienna Boys Choir to the TEF stage, performing their popular Christmas in Vienna program, and the all-male a cappella vocal ensemble New York Polyphony plans a Jan. 23 program of ancient and modern music.

On Feb. 18, jazz trumpeter and vocalist Byron Stripling’s jazz quartet brings an evening of New Orleans Mardi Gras music, and TEF’s performance series wraps up Mar. 11 with a unique pairing of the renowned Escher String Quartet with classical guitarist Jason Vieaux.

Season subscriptions are available in three options: the six-concert Complete Series at $185, or the three-concert Classics Series and Variations Series, each at $100.

“With a season package, tickets can be less than $31 per concert, thanks to the robust community support that TEF enjoys from patrons, donors, volunteers, local foundations and program book advertisers,” Executive and Artistic Director Rick Ivey said.

In addition to discounted pricing, season ticket holders also receive special perks, including the ability to retain the same seats season after season, priority for moving seats subject to availability, exclusive invitations to optional pre-concert receptions and dinners, easy duplication of lost tickets and more.

Tickets to individual concerts are currently available only in combination with a season subscription. Single-concert tickets will go on sale Aug. 26, subject to availability after season ticket orders are processed, at $40 for adults, $15 for students.
