PROGRAMS

The NAMI Family-to Family Education Program will be offered again this winter beginning on Jan. 8. The program is offered at no cost to family members and close friends of persons living with mental illness. Developed by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the course includes the latest research, resources, support, and coping strategies. Teachers are trained family members of NAMI Albany. The course will meet for 12 consecutive Mondays, with two choices of meeting times: 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m. or 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
