ALBANY — Members of the Southwest Georgia Home School Association and Terrell Academy Key Clubs helped serve food and prepare takeout plates at the annual Albany-Dougherty Kiwanis Club pancake breakfast at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Albany.

Some 260 diners enjoyed all-you-can-eat pancakes and sausage at the event, a club fundraiser that supports Kiwanis activities and projects in Dougherty and Lee counties.

The Albany-Dougherty Kiwanis Club sponsors the yearly Student Art Contest, Pritchett-Pippin Dance Recital, student scholarships, golf tournaments, and supports organizations such as Boy Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs, Family Literacy Council, Liberty House, The Anchorage, and numerous others with regular contributions.
