Artists of Randolph exhibit 3 opening Sunday afternoon
Shellman gallery to feature work by 15 local artists

SHELLMAN — Paintings, drawings, tile collages, photography, needle points and finger weavings will be on display during the run of the third annual Exhibition of Artists who live and/or work in Randolph County.
The opening reception is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday.
The fifteen individual artists who have been invited to present their work for display in the Gallery at The Center for Art & Rehabilitative Energies are Stella Barr, tile collage; Rachel Bell, painting on glass; Khrista Cowart, photography on metal; Patsy DeMouy, photography on paper; Rodney Daniels, pen and pencil drawings; Jo Hixon, watercolor paintings; Chris Johnson, photography on paper; Laurie Mackey, graphite drawing; Sheri Michaels, photography on paper; Becky Mills, photography on paper; Linda Peak, oil on canvas; Ray Pierotti, soft pastels on paper; Rhonda Prince, finger weaving; Bebe Puckett, needle point, and Robin Purvis, acrylic on canvas.
The exhibition and opening reception are free to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
The Gallery at the Center for Arts & Rehabilitative Energies is open from 1 to 5 p.m. on weekends. For a group to visit at other times, arrange an appointment by calling (229) 679-5069. Parking is next to the Old Onion Barn, in which the gallery is located, at 3696 Pearl St., Shellman.
