Repeat Violation; Observed dumpster was not covered with tightly fitting lids during a period of non use. Discussed covering receptacle with PIC. New Violation; Observed cardboard being used on the floor near the grill. PIC removed cardboard. Discussed that flooring must be nonabsorbent with PIC. Corrected On-Site.
