Notes: Observed no written policy to educate employees on how to respond to vomit/fecal incidents onto surfaces in the facility. Gave the PIC another copy of the vomit/fecal incident form; corrected on-site, new violation. Observed the fume hood in the main kitchen was not clean to sight and touch. The PIC will have fume hood cleaned; new violation. Observed chlorine sanitizer at ware washing machine did not meet the minimum concentration requirements. PIC will have ware washing machine serviced; new violation.

Gave PIC another copy of the vomit/fecal incident clean up procedure; corrected on-site, new violation.

Observed the trash receptacle in the kitchen that contained food residue and was not in continuous use that was not covered. Discussed keeping receptacle covered at all times with PIC. Advised to purchase cover for receptacle; repeat violation.
