Notes: Observed utensils being washed in the mechanical ware washing machine but the machine was not dispensing any chlorine sanitizer solution. PIC will have dish machine serviced and utensils will be sanitized in the 3-comp sink until the machine is repaired. Repeat Violation; Observed shredded cheese and cream cheese in the cold holding drawers and lettuce in a reach in cooler that was not being maintained at 41 degrees Fahrenhit or below for cold holding. PIC discarded items. PIC will put in an order to have holding equipment repaired. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
