Notes: Observed no hand soap was supplied to the hand washing sink due to soap being placed at the vegetable sink. PIC moved soap to hand washing sink. Discussed using only hand washing sink for cleaning hands with the PIC. Corrected On-Site. New Violation; Observed no written policy on file to educate employees on how to respond to vomit/fecal incidents. Gave PIC another copy of the vomit/fecal incident clean up form. Corrected On-Site.
