June 5

Crazy Buffet, 244 Cordele Road, Suite 113

Score: 97 Grade: A

Violations: Observed employee’s cup not being a single-service item with a secure lid and straw to prevent contamination of the employee’s hand. PIC removed the cup from the kitchen. Corrected on-site, new violation.

Remarks: +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit allowed for thermometer accuracy.

June 6

Cool Scoops, 106 Pine Ave.

Score: 96 Grade: A

Violations: Observed no hot water at the three-compartment and hand-washing sinks. PIC will have the hot water fixed. Repeat violation. Correct By: 06/15/2017

Remarks: +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit allowed for thermometer accuracy. Discussed having the hot water repaired. PIC will have until June 15, 2017 to have the water repaired.
