Violations: Temperature measuring device scaled in Celsius and Fahrenheit not accurate to +/- 1 degree F. Manager corrected violation by calibrating thermometer using ice water bath. Corrected on-site, new violation. Observed broken/missing floor tiles in kitchen and ware wash areas. Repeat violation. Correct by July 1.

Food employee discarded fries. Corrected on-site, new violation. Raw animal foods (raw shell eggs) stored next to ready-to-eat foods (buns, bread) in food prep area. PIC moved raw shell eggs to designated storage area. Corrected on-site, repeat violation.
